+ How can I order flowers from Profresh?

You can get our amazing fresh blooms and foliage by:

1. Pre-ordering;

2. Instant orders from any available blooms in our cool room; or

3. Visiting our warehouse at 17 Northwood Street, West Leederville, to pick up what's available from our cool room. We are a little hard to find so don't hesitate to call us. We have ample parking spots and a loading area for your convenience.

You will receive a confirmation email from us after every single order you place.

+ Where is Profresh available ?

We’re available in Perth and statewide in Western Australia.

We are working on sending blooms elsewhere in Australia so please stay in touch if you are not located in Western Australia.

+ When do I need to place my orders?

All orders have to be placed one week in advance on Mondays before end of day, except for Phalaenopsis Orchids, orders for which have to be placed 2 weeks in advance. In case you have missed the cut off date and require flowers, please do not hesitate to contact us.

+ How do I get started?

+ Do I need a customer account to purchase? 

Yes. You can sign up from here.

+ How do I create an account?

Setting up an account with Profresh is very simple! The process is almost instantaneous and we do not require you to fill in any long forms. We simply require your business name, ABN, contact details and delivery address. Just sign up from here. Your account will be activated within 3-5 minutes (9am - 5pm during weekdays), or up to 48 hours during non-business hours.

+ How do I return your buckets?

Please make sure to give the same number of buckets delivered to the courier or to us when picking up. Buckets not replaced will incur a fee of $5.00 per bucket.
